People seek therapy for reasons that are as unique as the people themselves. Maybe you are afraid of being judged by opening up about your feelings. Perhaps you are worried about being a burden to others by telling them what you are going through. Maybe you do not have anyone in your life that you feel you really trust enough to share your story. You do not have to walk alone in your struggles or pain. You can be confident in knowing that you will be welcomed and provided a safe, nonjudgemental and confidential space where you you can explore your true thoughts and feelings and be treated with empathy, compassion, and genuine feedback. We will work together collaboratively to help you get the results you desire and the peace you are looking for. I love working with a variety of issues and most often specialize in relational issues (i.e. marriage, dating, family, etc.), anxiety and depression (identifying root causes, managing symptoms, and reframing as opportunity for growth), issues around trauma, faith, grief, life transitions, self-esteem and personal development and wellness.
